Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe has drawn trade interest from the Detroit Pistons, but any potential deal is contingent on the assets the Pistons would include in addition to Reggie Jackson.

Phoenix general manager Ryan McDonough has said on multiple occasions that he will not move Bledsoe before the best deal presents itself.
"The ideal time to get a deal done is whenever the best offer presents itself," McDonough said last month on 98.7 FM Arizona Sports. "So we’ll be fine doing it sooner rather than later. At the same time, he’s under contract for this year plus next year. We sent him away from the team to eliminate that distraction."
Jackson, 27, is in the midst of a bounce-back season for the Pistons. He's averaging 16.4 points and 6.0 assists per game while being one of the best players on a team off to a 5-3 start. Jackson is under contract through the 2019-20 season for around $51 million in total.
The Suns' main desire in trading Bledsoe will be adding draft picks or young pieces who fit within their youth-laden roster. Jackson, like Bledsoe, is not part of that timeframe. It's more likely they'll attempt to find a third team to take on Jackson if the two sides can come to a trade framework.
