The Mega Millions jackpot for Friday's lottery drawing has jumped to $405 million with a cash option of $235 million.
The winning numbers are: 27, 28, 32, 41, 69. The Mega Ball drawn was 12. The Megaplier was 2x.
If someone wins, it will be the eighth-biggest prize in the 16-year history of Mega Millions. The jackpot is potentially the 22nd largest in U.S. lottery history.
Tuesday's drawing didn't produce either a jackpot winner or a $1 million second-prize winner. Nationwide, 30 tickets matched four numbers plus the Mega Ball. Of the 30, 24 are worth $10,000 while six ticket holders, who spent an additional $1 to exercise the Megaplier option, won $30,000.
One of the $10,000 tickets was bought in New Jersey. It was sold at Little Falls Discount Liquors on Main Street in Little Falls.
The winning numbers drawn Tuesday were 2, 22, 29, 31 and 34. The Mega Ball was 1.
