The Powerball jackpot for Saturday's lottery drawing is worth $260 million.
The cash option for the 10:59 p.m. drawing is worth $159.1 million. Fox 29 in Philadelphia and WABC-7 in New York City will televise the drawing.
Saturday’s winning numbers were: 29, 30, 41, 48, 64. PowerBall: 01. Power Play: 4x
Fourteen twice-weekly drawings have been held since the jackpot was last won in December. David Johnson, a 56-year-old supermarket worker from Brooklyn, New York, hit the $298.3 million jackpot on Dec. 26. He chose the cash option worth $180,227,550. He received $114,091,248 after taxes were deducted.
Although no one hit Wednesday's $240.8 million jackpot, three second prize-tickets matching five numbers but not the Powerball were sold across the country.
A ticket purchased in Florida is worth $1 million while, two bought in California are valued at $199,647 apiece. California lottery prizes vary depending on ticket sales and number of winners. They differ from the fixed second prizes offered in other participating states.
In New Jersey, a $50,000, third-prize ticket was sold at a Krauszer's on Route 130 and Southwood Avenue in North Brunswick,
Wednesday's winning numbers were 2, 8, 14, 24 and 69. The Powerball drawn was 26 with a Power Play of 2X.
