The Powerball jackpot for Saturday night's drawing stands at a very respectable $350 million ($221 million cash option). 

The drawing is at 11 p.m. Odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338. 

The winning numbers Wednesday were 03-32-34-42-61, Power Ball 07 (Power Play 2X). Million-dollar tickets were sold in Georgia and Texas. 

The Mega Millions jackpot has also been climbing. That reached $475 million after there was no jackpot winner for Friday's drawing.
