CASPER, Wyo. — The sun rises on another Monday here in the Oil City. This is our pick of the top 5 events and activities, but be sure to check the calendar for everything else going on today and the rest of week!

Tween Monday: Christmas Ornaments & Cocoa
What: A holiday-themed craft program for students in grades 4–6. Transform jar lids into winter scenes perfect for hanging on your tree, and make adorable reindeer hot cocoa cones to save for a chilly day
When: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Where: Natrona County Library
Cost: Free

Bird Identification Class
What: Murie Audubon Society, in partnership with Audubon Rockies, will be hosting a bird identification class prior to the Casper Christmas Bird Count.
When: 6:00pm-8:00pm (second class Dec. 12th, same time)
Where: Izaak Walton League Lodge Chapter 9, 4205 Fort Caspar Rd.

Paw-fect Pics w/ Santa
What: Bring in your dog or cat to take pictures with Santa
When: 5:00pm-9:00pm
Where: Eastridge Mall, 601 SE Wyoming Boulevard

Realistic Drawing w/ Tim Mandese
What: An all levels welcome drawing class that will cover fundamentals as well as help further develop advanced artists. Focus is on light and shadows.
When: 5:30pm-7:30pm
Where: Goedickes Custom Framing and Art Supply, 120 W 2nd
Cost: Free

Sewing Project: Gift Bag
What: Learn how to make a festive holiday gift bag using the library’s sewing machines. All supplies provided.
When: 5:00pm-7:00pm
