The drawing was located in the E – Wing Men’s bathroom. The drawing depicted an image of a handgun with numbers, letters or symbols written beneath it. ... moreDelta College Public Safety has been made aware of a drawing located inside of a bathroom stall door on Delta's Main Campus, according to a Nixle alert sent at 12:40 p.m. Monday. The drawing depicts an image of a handgun with the apparent date 3/26 written under it.
Delta College Public Safety is investigating this incident as a potential copycat of the incident that occurred on March 20, 2018 involving a similar drawing.
Delta College Public Safety is requesting the assistance of the FBI and Michigan State Police in investigating these incidents. Delta College Public Safety will pursue all reasonable means to identify the person or persons responsible for these incidents and will pursue all legal remedies including criminal charges against the perpetrator(s).
In cooperation with the Michigan Intelligence Operations Center and the FBI, Delta College will continue to monitor for any threats against Delta College.
Delta College classes and activities will continue as scheduled.
