An inmate at the Seneca County Correctional Facility is facing charges he allegedly drew a Nazi emblem on the wall of the recreation yard.
Albert Sherman, of Syracuse, was arrested after deputies say the 37-year-old also wrote racially derogatory language on the wall within the facility.
