Nobody won the Mega Millions jackpot on Tuesday.
If you bought a ticket, that's a bad thing. If you're planning to buy a ticket, you might feel differently, as the jackpot is now up to an estimated $548 million, according to a press release from Mega Millions.
If you had picked the right numbers, you would have chosen 20-22-39-54-60, Mega Ball 18, Megaplier 3X.
A few people did match the five white balls for a $1 million prize, which should help them feel a little better about missing the jackpot. Those winners were in California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Thirty-seven others matched four white balls and the Mega Ball for $10,000; five of those matched the Megaplier for $30,000 total, according to the release.
The next drawing is Friday, Oct. 12 at 11 p.m.
