PARMA, Ohio - Who wants to be a millionaire? Duh, don’t we all? But one person has a shot of making that happen Wednesday night by winning Grayton Road Tavern’s more than $2 million Queen of Hearts jackpot.
Social media producer Maura Zurick will broadcast live video before and during the 8 p.m. drawing on cleveland.com’s Facebook page. She will explain the game’s new rules and show the scene, including the drawing and if the Queen of Hearts is revealed.
In 2018, Grayton Road Tavern’s Queen of Hearts raffle payout was more than $5 million. This year the game is a bit different but again the jackpot has surged to a frenzied level. One lucky person could end up a millionaire, while others may get to walk away with some extra cash in their pockets.
Grayton Road Tavern in Cleveland has continued its mega popular Queen of Hearts game, and it’s now bigger than ever. The bar is working in conjunction with Legends Sports Bar & Grill in Parma, where Wednesday night’s drawing will be held around 8 p.m.
There’s only seven cards remaining on the board. If the first ticket pulled finds the Queen of Hearts, the lucky person will win 90 percent of the jackpot; the remaining 10 percent will be kept to start the pot for the next game.
As of about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, the jackpot is more than $2 million.
Five tickets will be drawn from the tickets purchased this week. Only the first ticket pulled will have the chance to reveal a card on the Queen of Hearts board. The other four tickets pulled will only receive a prize payout, according to the Legends website outlining the rules.
