Garth Cupido not only has a penchant for cars but also that of drawing, which has culminated in paper recreations of some of the most nostalgic cars.
He hails from Wellington in the Western Cape and says his drawing obsession stems from a young age, often neglecting to study or do homework and drawing something instead.
Once the bug bites..
Cupido says: "There’s just something about cars that tickles my fancy, especially the lines and curves of the older cars which really excites me."

Garth mentions that his passion for drawing took a back seat as life got in the way and he stopped drawing 10 years ago.
It wasn't until recently that he got the urge to put pencil to paper again, although he does admit that after all those years he is still a bit rusty, but slowly getting back to it.
He currently owns a 2014 Toyota Fortuner but has also had the privilege to own the hallowed Opel Superboss, his pride and joy.
